PayLink, a payment institution licensed under the supervision of the Bank of Greece, is subject to and implements the applicable legislation to prevent the use of the system for illegal activities and the financing of terrorism and wishes to cooperate with healthy businesses that have been established and operate legally based on the legislation of the state in which they are established and provide their services.<\/p>\n

Based on the above, in order for a business to become a PayLink customer and register in the Application, it must submit to PayLink the following legal documents. These documents will be checked by the competent department of PayLink and if they are deemed sufficient, the Beneficiary Organization will be registered in the Application and will be able to provide the Service to its customers.<\/p>\n

PayLink reserves the right, in addition to the documents below, to request additional documents, as long as the information provided by the documents submitted is not sufficient for the full identification of the Beneficiary Organization. Also, PayLink seeks further information about the Beneficiary Organization from other public sources (such as www.et.gr, www.acci.gr etc.).
From time to time, PayLink is entitled to request the Beneficiary Organization to update these documents and in any case, the Beneficiary Organization itself undertakes to immediately inform PayLink of any change that occurs in relation to the information it has disclosed to PayLink.
Documents are sent to the following address: WorldBridge-Payments Foundation S.A. (tax ID: PayLink) 11 Menekratous, Athens, postal code 11636, for the attention of the Business Legalization Department.
PayLink will amend and update this customer acceptance policy from time to time and will post the updated policy in the same location on its website.
The Beneficiary Organization must periodically review this policy to ensure that the products\/services it provides are still acceptable to PayLink.<\/p>\n

UNACCEPTABLE ACTIVITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

PayLink DOES NOT<\/span> collaborate with businesses that provide the following activities, either as a main activity or as a secondary activity.
In the event that it is subsequently determined that the Beneficiary Organization provides such activities, PayLink will immediately and without notice terminate the collaboration with it.<\/p>\n

– In general, any illegal service or activity or service or products whose sale, distribution or transfer or the provision of the service cannot be completed via the internet (e.g. transfer of real estate, medical services).
– Trafficking in humans and human organs, body parts, embryonic stem cells.
– Narcotics and any type of pharmaceutical packaging, as defined in the applicable legislation, Law 4139\/2013.
– Medicines and other products requiring a medical prescription and preparations that have not been approved.
– Weapons, hunting weapons, air guns, ammunition, explosive materials and mechanisms, hunting weapon cartridges, accessories, spare parts for these materials, silencers as defined in the applicable legislation on weapons, Law 2168\/1993 as in force today.
– Pornographic material, massage and escort services, brothels.
– Buying and selling of precious stones, pawnshop services, money changers and similar activities.
– Gambling, betting and any similar activity provided by a Beneficiary Organization without an operating license.
